It's getting better, slowly. We're actually drafting well now, and we've got what looks to be a Hell of a team for 2007 and beyond.

The sad thing is, is that we will trade away these good players once they develope into stars for more double A prospects and such, or players that are not worth the value by any means. Hell imagine the money that could be flowing in right now if we still had Dye, Damon and Beltran in the OF. We could win the division because it is so weak of one, and more people would support a team that can actually compete.
