My lawyer does a MUCH better job of keeping my contracts straight.
As for RE agents, I'm not saying there aren't some good ones, but the percentage of bad apples, lazy f**ks, jerk offs, and other assorted dimwits is as high as any other industry I've worked with. I know these people, I spent over a year working with these dumbasses.
I think that's maybe what pisses me off the most about them. They are collectively lazy and some of the dumbest mother f**kers I've ever met.
