I didn't say that, I just said it's 6 in one hand and a half-dozen in another. And I think when you're renting an apartment, the bank fees are passed on to you, but also to the other 40 tennants in the complex, not to mention most of the time owners of a complex have 10 or more around town.
Which would you prefer, paying 600 a month, or paying 800 a month and getting 200 of it back whenever you move out of a house? I'm telling you, unless you're planning to stay for 5 years or more, its not worth it.
