Sounds like it would be a great flick, a disturbing dark tale into the world of someone who is mistreated. Its kind of strange, but a lot of times people who experience something like this do find comfort in something as strange as Elvis. They also develop compulsions due to the lack of control, but nonetheless, this will be a very heartwrenching yet brilliant film if done the right way.
