Tommy Chong went to jail because his company "talked" about shipping a bong across state lines. If someone in the DA wants to make a name for themselves-they will come up with all kinds of laws to make their case.
IF the movie shows sex between a kid and an adult-even simulated-it should be dealt with severe punishment.
