Very good point. I didn't mean to imply that exploitation and kiddie porn were synonomous.
Absolutely, if the nudity or the scene turns out to be gratuitous, and/or if she were at all pressured to do it, and/or if she felt objectified or violated in any way as a way to make this film "edgy" and sell more tickets, than I think that's freaking TERRIBLE. But not because she's 12. Because she's HUMAN. That's a terrible thing to do to anybody and even if she were 25 it's still exploitation. I'm not advocating a world where anything goes. I'm saying that I think there is a pretty good chance that Dakota, her parents, and the director who cast her have a better idea about what she is mature enough to handle than I do.
