That is outta control.
My main problem is that this guy was an off duty police officer.
Trust me folks, the drive from Coronado to Poway even at 3:30 am is still at least a half hour drive, and that is if your moving at a decent pace.
If he was so erratic, why didnt this guy have on duty cops pull him over? They had at least 40 miles to do so. That is a long damn time.
