Remids me a little of what I did to a friend and GF on a Ferris wheel. The wheel was stopped and we were at the peak. I started swinging the seat. By the time I had it at a 45 degree swing my friend was green and about to toss and my GF was white knuckled and speachless.
A kid dropped to his death in Stockton in a Ferris Wheel this year. Not a good idea to swing that thing.
