In a nutshell he basically said Gaethers did not have time to avoid the hit due to the timing of the slide by Green. he also noted that Gaethers did not lead with his head.
He compared the film to another similar hit that was flagged, but it was flagged because the defender put his head down and speared the sliding QB in the head.
