This happened to my wife a couple months ago. She passed out in our car, over the emergency brake lever, after a party. She went to the Dr. who was confused and had to call a neurologist. Turns out it was a text book case of "Saturday Night Paulsey"--seriously, search it.
Did you pass out on something?
