I always followed Mizzou because I've always lived here.
My freshman year at CMSU, I was dating a girl from Mizzou and met Derek Grimm (former MU basketball player) at one of her sorority parties. That, combined with the triple OT game vs Illinois, sort of solidified my fandom.
