EDIT: No, you don't have to send the defective ones back at your expense. They'll send an envelope, you put the bad disks in it and send it back to them. Once they receive the envelope they'll send the replacement disks.

I just got off the phone with them myself. And pushed them a little bit further. He gave me the info to at least voice my displeasure to WB.
