Police dog barking after sniffing your car is probable cause, you're ****ed. They usually only do that when they believe they already have probable cause and are just looking to to make it iron clad to stand up in court. That would usually come after something like smelling weed in your car. I am sure they would do also if they are dealing with hella sketchy people.
