Years ago i spanked my then 11 year old son at my Grandma's house, Christmas..He told me that didn't hurt dad. I almost lost it,but instead took him aside and told him he was being a lttle prick and he had 2 choices.. If you don't respect me I will NEVER respect you and I won't stoop to your level and kick the living **** outta you...He has been respectfull ever since.Right or wrong it worked and he is a very good son to this day, he is 22 and a father himself now
BTW I got beat as a child, I don't hold it against my dad I feel I deserved some of it
