Its purely a hunch, but i have a good feeling on this guy...good footwork & maybe the best that Europe has to offer, sounds like upside to me.
In a way Carl sometimes reminds me of Bobby Bethard with his choices, likes to take gambles on rough cut diamonds & sometimes they actually work out...leave no stone unturned, sounds like a good policy to me.
