It's very rich, highly referential....it has a lot of allegory and post-modern language play. You won't get all of it, it's pretty much impossible to get all of it unless you can tap directly into the author's brain, but the overall narrative is excellent thus far.

When you say referential, is it filled with footnotes and the like? I find it distracting trying to read those type of works. It is like reading doctoral thesis for fun.
