Look at the URL for this thread in your address bar. Paste it somewhere like so:

http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=157700

Then click the "Reply" button for the post you want to reply to and capture the URL, like yours here:

http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/newre...eply&p=3749982

Now, take the "p=3749982" off of the end of the reply URL and replace the "t=157700" at the end of the thread URL. Then replace the "thread" in showthread.php with "post" and you end up with:

http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showpost.php?p=3749982

Viola!

Ummm...you can also right-click>properties on the post# and get the url out of there.
