I worked as a service guy in high school. It sucked and it has it's own world that is for sure. I tip pretty well but i ususally don't eat out. I ususally tip well for good service at the bar. They keep the whiskeys coming they get the green. I remember in the last thread we had about this we had the I got really pissed off because people were talking about coming into restaurants late. One point from that story that i try to take from is your shift is over when it is over not a minute early. Now in some weird way i really take that to heart and give everything 100 % half assed.
