Some wives dont require roses or jewelry or extravagant gifts.
My wife is happy to receive a card every year, but I still go out and buy her things like some lingerie or dvd's. One year I was able to find a jewelry box that her mom had sold at a garage sale long ago. She had told me about how she was at the Chicago Dance school for ballet and her mom sold her favorite jewelry box. I so happened to remember the story and had been extremely lucky to find one just like it at a flea market. I earned so many bonus points for that, that I'll never go into the so-called enzoner doghouse.
