heh-- wish I had photoshop and was good at it, cause I'd totally make an al davis 'weekend at bernie's' photoshop
and marty would NEVER work for al davis: he's too independent, and al wouldn't give up power to a coach (hell, having gruden KILLED him)... and marty has an avowed hatred of the raiders
