I would also like to point out that the f**king thing came in the mail, as in US Postal Service.

I don't know if anyone knows anything about garnishments, but much like pregnancy I only have X number of days to file the paperwork and tell people I don't pay him and never have paid him or *I* get to owe the money. So, had the USPS lost this letter like they do so many other letters that are sent to me, I'd wind up paying this. Best case scenario I wind up spending two hours filling out paperwork, making copies, and mailing them to half a dozen people all because someone else can't tell two companies apart.

Then tonight my wife gets a video of some nasty hoor blowing a horse on her phone, followed by a voicemail that's obviously a recording talking about "We were chatting online and I got cut off..." blah, blah. T-Mobile was cool about removing the charges, but who the hell thinks that's a good marketing ploy? These asshats need to be put in jail before they turn mobile phones into a complete POS scam just like the fax machine became.

End of rant.

Holy crap, Budget lost record of the info I gave them when I turned in a rental. I was rear ended (shut up) and collected the other driver's info. they lost it, and send me notice that I have to pay 3700 to fix the car.

What the F happened to customer service.

I think you're right, the culture is F - ed up big time, the phone thing kills me even more than the other thing. Seems you should be able to prove that one somehow, but the phone? Who the F can do that anyway?
