The Chiefs didn't THROW ANYBODY OUT, let alone Samie Parker. They're DOING HIM A FAVOR by allowing him to see if he can MAKE MORE MONEY ELSEWHERE. When he finds out that he CAN'T, they'll sign him back for a figure that works for the TEAM.
