Yep. My first ticket in Florissant MO. 30 in 25 mph subdivision going down hill...... Fat Cop comes to the window. Has a Pewter Pig tie tack...... damn near cracked up on the spot.
He couldn't run down a 12 year old kid if he had to. Stay in shape huh...

That was the beginning of the end the for my police trust ~30 years ago
