All joking aside, this is along the lines of what I'm wanting to do. Its exactly what I used to describe it to the others, only with other obvious differences.
I want everyone to at least meet and trade fundamental information. The reason behind it is that many don't know each other and while some are very outgoing, there is a population that are more introverted and have trouble doing this, and need to be "helped".
I'm trying to figure out how to logistically accomplish this and make it fun for up to 150 people. realistically, they may not all interact, but it would be a good start I think and build on the rest of the week of training.
