Besides, there's a younger and more mobile option available in the free-agent market by the name of Joey Harrington. Sure, Harrington is nowhere near as established as his older counterpart, but the 27-year-old has youth and mobility on his side -- two virtues that will pay off well on a Dolphins offense that has multiple holes along its line.

They tried Joey Harrington last year. He was just two picks behind Carr. Neither have done anything in the NFL.
