One of the best budget cigars are Consuegras from JR's.
They are Villazon factory 2nds. They make Punch, ERDM, Belinda, and a few others.
Less than a buck a piece you can not beat them.
CAO Extremes are the closest legal stuff i have smoked that are close to a cuban.
Most Cuban cigar's bought by tourist at ports are fakes btw.
