My point is that a lot of the people who are bitching about her "tactics" are really just bitching about her message. They are using the "troll policy" as cover. What's funny is that some of them actually believe it.
I don't know all the specifics of who you've banned in the past, but in my view I've never seen her cross the line any more than some of the other regulars around here. Like I said, maybe she's done something in the past few days that truly goes beyond the pale (I'm not on the board 12 hours a day like some people), but in my experience around here the only people that cross the line are those that heap god-awful abuse on her no matter what she does. Even when she does post on a noncontroversial topic you usually get a few trolls who jump on and start saying things to her that they'd never say to her face.
I don't know why she's stayed as long as she has. I would have written off some of the worst abusers as insufferable bullies and left a long time ago.
Like I said before, the forum owners and/or mods can do what they want. But don't be so naive to think that the primary motivation here is that Denise somehow fell below some magical "football post ratio".
