Ouch, somebody on the hot seat ? With a comment like this, you will have plenty of takers but few will stay with it when on the hot seat.
As for the " almighty one " ? Since Phil stepped down, you stepped up and many of the members see you as the authority of the BB now, at least the most active and vocal of the mods.
Don't take it personal, it's a tough job and IMHO, you do well. We have had our diffrences in the past, but it's just that, nothing personal. One can't be a mod and have tender feelings......
