Rob Rang: Joe Thomas from Wisconsin and Levi Brown from Penn State are clearly the top two OTs in this draft. Thomas is unlikely to get out of the top 3. Brown could make it to the Texans, but because of the lack of depth at the position and his strong performance at the Senior Bowl, the Texans may have to consider moving up to guarantee his selection. The third tackle on our board at NFLDraftScout.com is Central Michigan's Joe Staley. Staley has great athleticism, but is significantly rawer than Thomas or Brown and should be a second-round pick.
