My guess is he'll be fine.
As much talk as there's been about his blocking and ability to break tackles, as important aspect of his physical presence would (assumedly) be an ability to physcially outmaneuver a DB in press coverage. If he beats the press and gets off the line, I think we'll that 4.4 - 4.5 speed is not slow. At all.
Now, some of that will come with experience, but if he's really the "football player" he's made out to be, he's potentially already leaps and bounds ahead of guys like Ginn, who have speed, but not the strength to beat coverage, not to mention disciplined route running.
The more I read/see, the more it looks like we got a complete receiver, and those, my friends, are rare.
