sinus/nose bidet. seriously, it's looks like a little watering can with a spout that fits into your nostril. You fill it with a powdered saline solution and about a cup of warm water. Lean head over the sink, stick the nozil in one nostril and pour. The solution runs up through your sinuses and out the other nostril. Then repeat in the other nostril. Be sure you breath through your mouth while doing it though. Also, do this at parties for your friends, it totally freaks them out.
