There is a difference between racist and extremely rude and arrogant. I know it is different, but I lived in Japan for a year, and the Japanese men are the same over there. They cut in line, bump you out of the way, etc. However, since they are for the most part weak, if you get in thier faces and call them out, they appologize and shrink away. I would equate the eastern nationalities to the people who regularly frequent Walmart. Rude, arrogant when there is no reason to be, and often clueless about how to act toward others.
