That's EXACTLY what he's
trying to say.
Just like the comment about outscoring the opponent on the road. Everyone knows what he meant (you don't want to get into a shootout.....ball control, keep crowd out of it) yet everyone rags on him.
Like no one here has ever said something that came out different than how they
thought they were saying it......
