Something else to note here. The major Fresno/Clovis area has been a football breeding ground for decades with top HS programs from Clovis regularly in the hunt for Section Championships and State rankings in the top 10.
They love thier football in Fresno. The fans are very passionate about it, and it is definitely a chip on every Fresno fans, coaches, and players shoulders to prove they can play at the big time level.
They scared the hell out of SC a couple of years ago.
