He doesn't bother me. I've voted to ban him permanently in the past, but I'm over that. He makes some positive contributions to the board. I occasionally even enjoy some of his posts. I'm almost certainly in the minority here, but I'd like to see the guy succeed in life. Part of that will be figuring out that you have to do what you say you're going to do.
