It's nice that you've done it once or twice, but they've got you dead to rights here and you aren't honoring the terms. That pisses people off, Clayton.
Personally, I don't really give a shit - you didn't make the bet with me. It is rather dissappointing that every time you seem to be turning a corner you revert and pull some crap like this. Kind of makes it hard to defend you. It also makes it hard for one to want to defend you.
You welch on a bet, you deal with the consequences. It's that simple.
