I think I know exactly what's happening.

Someone out there forgot to wear a lucky KU shirt, or left an autographed football sitting in the den instead of having it out in front of the TV, forgot to sing "I'm a Jayhawk" and chug 1 beer after each KU TD, or something. Whoever you are, fix your mojo!
