The Border Showdown between the University of Missouri and the University of Kansas returns to Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday, November 29th. Chiefs season-ticket holders are being offered an exclusive opportunity to purchase tickets to this Big 12 football contest through Wednesday, April 2nd.

The 2007 edition of the Border Showdown featured two nationally-ranked teams as the second-ranked Kansas Jayhawks were exposed as frauds by the fourth-ranked Missouri Tigers who won the Big 12 North Title and secured the No. 1 national ranking. The 116th installment between these bitter border rivals drew 80,537 fans, the second-largest in-stadium crowd for a football contest in Arrowhead Stadium history.

Kansas City serves as the ideal host for this great rivalry, as the metro area is home to over 25,000 alumni and current students for both universities. The centralized location of Kansas City pairs with Arrowhead’s reputation as a showplace for outstanding college football to maximize the exposure for fans of both schools.
