Smoking fish is off the charts and very easy. Of course there is the flip it on and your running convenience. The food is much smokier than a grill and much easier to use than other smokers. The digital thermostat lets you control temperature and walk away which is really nice especailly when smoking over a long period of time. All these combined make it a great investment. Don't throw out the grill though. I still need that to crisp my chicken wings. Gas works fine for that. Hope this helps. The dealer should have samples to show you how much better the flavor is. They usually do that to move product during the season. Ask them about that.
