Gailey is THE reason to believe our offense will work. He ammended his offense to play without a TE, a slow and plodding runnign game, and with "Slash." He truly does use the talent at hand and find a way to bring their strengths out. He's the perfect OC for a rebuild.

He won't push for a mobile QB but he'll find an offense that fits the QB. The one area of Brodie we never did and should have used was his mobility. Move him out of the pocket or bootleg. Not consistently, but as a change up. Move him around to avoid the rush if your line sucks.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).
