The question you have to ask is very very simple. "Would he have scored if that error did not happen?" In this case, the answer was no, but we didnt know that till the second error.
Callaspo is legitimately on 2nd, but the error advances him to third with 1 out. If we then had a double, then it may have been scored an earned run since he could score from second. Instead we had a second error after the flyout, which clinched the unearned run. Without the errors, he should have been stranded at second with only 1 run in.
Incidentally, once you have a situation where the inning should be over like that second error, then you can allow a million runs and none of them would count as earned.

Makes sense. It's interesting how much subjectivity plays into scoring, especially in determining what is a hit and and what is an error.
