Last year I did all the work myself, and got first place in my league. I copied/pasted stats of the best 20 at each position into Excel, and did the FF scoring calculations based on the previous season. It didn't take all that long, and since I hadn't played in a few years, it gave me a good idea of how to draft. I came up with a pretty good draft board, and was able to see the point differences between positions.
But, a few good/lucky decisions, like Ryan Grant, helped.... oh, and Peyton Manning throwing to Randy Moss.
