I don't think you want any part of Holt. The Rams o-line looked terrible last week and, although they don't play the Eagles every week, the team is a way bigger mess than the Chiefs. You'd also be selling low on McGahee, which is fine if you think he's going to bust.
In summary, I think that's a awful trade, especially since you only start 2 WRs.
