People need to get over the fact that he's backing up Anderson already. Steve Young, Tom Brady, Brett Favre, Kurt Warner, Rich Gannon, and nameless others backed up other quarterbacks during their careers. If people don't think he's worth a draft pick then fine, but the backup talk is stupid.
I'd love to have him. But it's a moot point--we're the Chiefs. We only trade away high draft picks for old players at the end of their careers and old burn-out coaches who are getting run out of their current job.
