Herm always just makes the comment that....
"players will always get frusturated when things arent going right, how well they repsond to adversity is the key blah blah blah..."
FACT
Our HC has done nothing to change the way we play offense. We obviously can not be successful doing what we are doing now. The vets on this team know it. The coaching staff isn't doing anything to change it.
