Since you're doing high rep, low weight stuff, try to do your bench press on the swiss ball. Do a set of 10 reps in an
incline position on the swiss ball using the dumb bells, then roll up to a "normal" bench press position and do as many reps as you can (up to 10) in that position. 3 sets of that over time will get the pecs looking good.
