I hope you are not living with girl. This will not turn out well if you are in a relationship with one of the participants. I guarantee from experience that jealousy will rear it ugly head. No matter what you say or do she will think that you like to have sex with her friend better than her. You might as well kiss your relationship goodbye.
This is not based on any moral high ground just experience. I enjoyed the ones I have had with an ex girlfriend but after a couple of years I could not take the jealousy any longer. They are much better when there are no deep emotional ties.
