I wonder how much job security Herm really has. Following up a 4-12 with what looks to be fewer wins this year, especially with the lack of effort we saw today (plus vs. Oak and Atl) can't get him that much security. Barring a massive turnaround I think Clark has no choice but to get rid of Herm and Carl.
