I'm fine with that, but if that's the case that should never have been a condition of his reinstatement. Deferring to the terms of his probation and then suspending him before it's been determined that he did violate his probation is unfair.

Was that a condition of his reinstatement? I'm scouring the web and all I've come up with is that the reinstatement stipulated he had to comply with the terms of his three year court-issued probation.
