Do you believe a non pass rushing OLB is nearly as important to a team as a DE or LT or even a CB or a DT?

I'm a huge fan of Rivers he's outstanding in coverage and has a ton of talent but LB is a devalued position when teams pull productive starters out of the 3rd and 4th round.
